We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness in our business relationship with you.
Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding refunds and cancellations for our various services and programs.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Get Fit Training LLC, located at 233 W Bond Ave, West Memphis AR 72301, United States.
- "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual who has purchased or is considering purchasing our services.
- "Services" refers to any fitness programs, training sessions, nutrition consultations, or subscription services offered by Get Fit Training LLC.
- "Program" refers to any structured fitness or nutrition plan with a defined duration and set of deliverables.
- "Subscription" refers to any recurring payment arrangement for ongoing services.
2. Program Refund Policy
2.1 Accelerated Weight Loss Program
Our 12-week Accelerated Weight Loss Program comes with a satisfaction guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 14 days after purchase, you may request a full refund. To qualify, you must have attended all scheduled sessions and followed the prescribed nutrition and exercise protocols during this period.
- Partial Program Completion: After the initial 14-day period, if you wish to cancel your participation, refunds will be prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the program, less a 15% administrative fee.
- No-Show Policy: Missed sessions without 24-hour advance notice are considered used sessions and are not eligible for refunds.
2.2 Metabolic Optimization Training
For our specialized Metabolic Optimization Training program:
- Assessment Phase Refund: If after completing the initial metabolic assessment (typically the first two sessions), you decide the program is not suitable for your needs, you may request a refund less the cost of the assessment sessions and a 10% administrative fee.
- Mid-Program Cancellation: Once you have progressed beyond the assessment phase, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for unused sessions, less a 20% administrative fee.
- Results-Based Guarantee: If after following the program precisely as prescribed for 30 days, you show no measurable improvement in metabolic markers (as determined by our testing protocols), you may be eligible for additional complimentary sessions or a partial refund at our discretion.
2.3 Sustainable Fitness Lifestyle Program
For our long-term Sustainable Fitness Lifestyle Program:
- Initial Trial Period: The first 21 days serve as a trial period. If you decide to discontinue within this period, you may receive a refund less the cost of sessions attended and a 10% administrative fee.
- Long-Term Commitment: For clients who have committed to a 6-month or longer program, cancellations after the trial period will result in a refund of unused sessions less a graduated administrative fee (25% if cancelling in months 1-2, 20% in months 3-4, 15% in month 5 and beyond).
3. Subscription Service Cancellations
3.1 Monthly Subscription Services
For any of our subscription-based services:
- Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 7 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this time may result in one additional billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.
- Partial Month: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Reactivation: If you wish to reactivate a cancelled subscription within 30 days, we will waive any applicable reactivation fees.
3.2 Annual Subscription Services
For clients who have purchased annual subscriptions:
- Prorated Refunds: Cancellations of annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused months, less a 15% administrative fee.
- Conversion to Monthly: As an alternative to cancellation, annual subscribers may convert to a monthly subscription plan, with the remaining prepaid amount credited toward future monthly payments.
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical Exemptions
If you need to cancel your program or subscription due to medical reasons:
- You must provide a doctor's note or medical documentation within 14 days of the medical event.
- With valid documentation, we will issue a full refund for unused services or place your account on hold until you are able to resume participation.
- Medical holds can be maintained for up to 6 months, after which a reassessment of your account status will be required.
4.2 Relocation
If you need to cancel due to relocation more than 50 miles from our facility:
- Provide proof of your new address (such as a lease agreement or utility bill).
- We will issue a prorated refund for unused services less a 10% administrative fee.
- Where applicable, we may offer to convert your in-person services to virtual coaching as an alternative to cancellation.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- One-time consultation fees
- Metabolic testing fees once the test has been conducted
- Digital products and downloadable content after access has been provided
- Personalized nutrition plans after delivery
- Administrative fees associated with program registration
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund request or cancel a service:

- Provide your full name, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for your request.
- For refund requests, include your original payment method and any supporting documentation required (such as medical notes).
- All requests will be processed within 5-7 business days, and our team will contact you regarding the status of your request.
7. Processing of Refunds
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Other payment methods may require additional processing time.
- Administrative fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Modifications to Programs
Get Fit Training LLC reserves the right to:
- Modify program schedules with reasonable notice to clients.
- Substitute trainers or specialists of equal qualification when necessary.
- Update program content to reflect current best practices in fitness and nutrition.
Such modifications do not entitle clients to refunds unless the fundamental nature of the service has been substantially altered.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or cancellations:
- We encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue amicably.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may initiate mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
- Any legal proceedings shall be filed in the jurisdiction of Crittenden County, Arkansas, where our company is headquartered.
10. Changes to This Policy
Get Fit Training LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
